MEN HOLLOW BEATEN BY WOMEN VOTERS

With Female voters outnumbering men in 16 of 20 states that have gone to polls since 2010, Women may be the deciding factor in this summer's general elections.
The Election Commission (EC) data says that the gap between male and female voters decreased from 16.7% to 4.4% in 2009.
Rather than the men more women voted in two Key poll States - UP and Bihar - that account for 120 Lok Sabha seats. The 2012 UP assembly elections saw 60.5% women voting as compared to 58% men.
