On Sunday the sources said that Union Minister Manish Tiwari ,who has been hospitaliseddue to heart illness is unlikely to contest the Lok Sabha polls. The minister who represents Ludhiana constituency in Lok Sabha ,may not be in a position to fight general elections and is learnt to have apprised the party leadership due to his health condition.
